Zenzuri Enterprises LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company operating and fulfilling orders from California. Our products are made and shipped from California in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Federal & State Compliance

All products are derived from federally legal hemp and contain no more than 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight in accordance with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill (7 U.S.C. § 1639o et seq.). We operate in alignment with applicable California hemp regulations.

Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and use of hemp or THCA products in your jurisdiction. Zenzuri is not liable for orders delayed, refused, seized, or destroyed due to local laws.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing typically takes 1–2 business days; most orders ship within 24 hours. We ship only to U.S. locations where hemp-derived products are legal.

We are not responsible for: (a) carrier delays; (b) incorrect/insufficient addresses; (c) packages marked delivered; or (d) orders refused/returned/confiscated due to local laws.

6. Returns & Replacements

All sales are final once shipped. We replace items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number at Flow@zenzuri.com.

7. Payments, Taxes & Pricing

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud or regulatory risk).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenzuri, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or misuse of the products or site. Your sole remedy is limited to replacement or refund where applicable.
