Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are handled the next business day.
All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging for your privacy. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.
Optional shipping protection is available at checkout. With shipping protection, we'll replace any package that's lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Without it, we're limited in our ability to assist once a package is marked delivered.
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the unopened item. Once verified, we'll provide a replacement or store credit.
