The diamonds were more like tiny wet pebbles

The diamonds were more like tiny wet pebbles.
In a tiny jar, they seemed to appear to be melting very wet and had a yellowish tint to them I have purchased this product hundreds of times from other vendors and they always appear to be like clear solid diamonds in color and consistency
So including they appear to be of poor quality
